Welcome!

I offer psychotherapy for working professionals, artists, performers, students, and individuals who would like to engage with their emotional life or are experiencing setbacks around mental health. My focus is on providing clinical assistance to those who may be struggling with emotional, existential, or behavioral issues in a safe, non-judgemental space.

My practice is also largely informed by psychoanalytic theory and based around the idea that creativity in any form (for better or worse) is often impacted by mental health, requiring particular consideration, clinical skill, and thoughtfulness.

I received my masters in social work from New York University and post-graduate education at The Training Institute for Mental Health where I currently teach and supervise, in addition to serving as the codirector of the Anna Keefe Women's Center.

Each individual that I work with has different needs, but overall my style is relational, interactive, and exploratory. I believe that every therapeutic relationship is idiosyncratic and that's what makes the alliance and inner work successful.
