Insurance
I currently do not accept in-network insurance. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will likely reimburse you for my services and on a monthly basis, I will provide you with an invoice containing the necessary information insurance companies require to process your claim. You can check your coverage by asking the following questions:
1. Do I have out of network mental health (or behavioral health)
insurance benefits?
2. What is my out of network deductible (if any) and has it been met yet by other medical expenses?
3. What is the coverage amount (or percentage) per therapy session?
Payment
Cash, credit card, or check is accepted for payment. Payment is accepted on a bi-weekly basis at the end of the session.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, continuity is important for everybody involved. An appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full rate. In certain circumstances and emergencies, I will try to do what I can to accommodate rescheduling.
